New Managing Director in Grundfos A/S

As per 1 October 2007 Niels Møller Jensen (45 years old) has been appointed Managing Director in Grundfos A/S that is the Danish production company of the Grundfos Group. Niels Møller Jensen will succeed Lars Aagaard who was appointed member of Group Management on 1 August 2007.

Niels Møller Jensen has been employed with Grundfos since 1999, and before that he was development manager in ABB Motors, Denmark. During his first year of employment Niels was responsible for the establishment of the production in Tatabanya, and during 2000 - 2005 he was General Managers for Grundfos Manufacturing Hungary. When Niels Møller Jensen returned to Denmark after 6 years in Hungary, we had 2 factories and 800 employees; and he has a very large share of the success of this establishment.

During the last year Niels Møller Jensen has been Vice President for Group Quality, as well as responsible for Group environment and Corporate Social Responsibility, and simultaneously he has passed an Executive MBA.
