Universal Input transformers

Mains Input Transformers are new in the product range of Würth Elektronik.

The transformers are suited to a universal input of 85 VAC to 265 VAC. They are designed for use with Tiny-Switch ICs of Power Integration with switching frequency 132 kHz.

The output power is between 3 W and 9 W according to the circuit. The transformers with 9 W have a shield between primary and secondary side. The dielelectric test is 4 kVAC. Clearance and creepage distance are 6 mm.
Thus they are suited for mains input voltage according to EN60950.
