TraffiCom Ray is a rugged computer that’s designed for the toughest environments. Tested according to military standards, Ray is certified according to IP 65 for protection against dust and moisture.

One standard product with lots of extras
Ray is equipped with built-in standard features that you’d normally expect to pay extra for. Bluetooth, a high resolution touch screen with wide-angle vision, 4 USB ports and one Ethernet port, and built-in DCDC with battery backup for uninterrupted power are all included. Ray is already prepared for high-speed wireless communication through the IEEE802.11b/g protocol. It also supports IEEE802.11i, enabling all types encryption to keep your data safe.

Supplied with a powerful 1 GHz Celeron processor, it is the perfect choice for standard operations in heavy industrial, transport, warehouse, production and marine environments. Ray is the latest in a series of mobile computers that are distinct, rugged, flexible and ergonomic. It is easily integrated into any wireless backbone.

Visual Indicator
Ray is the first truck mounted computer of its kind to feature a TraffiCom Visual Indicator. The indicator, a LED on the top of the unit, can be programmed for many uses, such as flashing when an assignment has been completed. This is a perfect way to signal that tasks have been performed correctly, even in extremely noisy environments.
