Something is stirring in the World of Monolayer Science...
Welcome to the the KSV Instruments Newsletter. In this issue, the focus is on two
exciting upcoming events in the world of Monolayer Science.
The first major event is the release of SPR-Navi – the SPR platform designed
for ease of use, but providing demanding applications researchers with
uncompromising performance and flexibility (see page 3 for details).
The second event is the Monolayer Science World Tour. The aim of this series of
1-day workshops, presented in conjunction with Nima Technologies and Nanofilm,
is to showcase the substantial technological and scientific advances made in the
monolayer science area in recent years.
Our applications focus will highlight how PM-IRRAS can be used for high
precision spectroscopic analysis of monolayers.
We will also try to clarify the role of rheology in fluid dispersed systems such as
foams and emulsions. Find out why the Interfacial Shear Rheometer, ISR 400 is
the only commercial instrument sensitive enough to detect many of the processes
occuring in molecularly thin interfacial films.
Find out what our new instruments, accessories and software can do for you in the
Product News Section.
Finally, I would like to invite you to come and see us at one of the conferences or
trade shows where we will be present. Tell us what you need!
