PoE Transformer
Würth Elektronik have expanded their range of Power-over-Ethernet Transformers. The new EP13 transformers are built to a smaller footprint than EFD15. The power input can be between 36V and 72V. The isolation voltage is 1.5kVAC.
They are available with different turns ratios. Maximum duty cycle for PoE input is smaller than 50% and higher depending on the IC which is used.
WE-PoE transformers are suited to PoE ICs for example LTC4267, LM5070. LM5071. TPS23750, TPD23770 and more ICs.
