Nordicnet RFQ

Welcome to the Nordicnet RFQ service. This service is completely free and is for those who are tired of calling around to several suppliers in order to receive relevant quotations.

If you want to submit an RFQ

We make it easy for you to find the products and services you need, and we are the obvious choice for those who quickly want to obtain relevant quotations from up to five suppliers, free of charge.

To create an RFQ for free and to get directly to the form, click here.

If you want to search through our voluminous register to find the specific product or service you want to buy, it is easiest done in the search bar above. Then use the navigator on the left to get forward. To see the full range you may open our product register with more than 11,500 products/services.

Once you have found your product/service, simply click on “Request quotation” to get to the form where you fill in the information required.

Be sure to be clear and detailed in your request in order to obtain as relevant quotations as possible.

When you have filled out the form and sent your RFQ you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm the request. We then match it with the companies in our database and filter out those that are able to deliver the product/service you are looking for.

You will then be contacted by those suppliers that are interested in submitting a quotation.

If you are a supplier

If your company is listed on Nordicnet.net, you are automatically connected to our RFQ service and are thus a potential recipient of RFQ’s.

When an RFQ on your products or services is sent from Nordicnet.net, you will receive an e-mail where you can read the request. Based on this information, you should be able to decide whether you are able to meet the requirements of the RFQ.

If the request is interesting, you have the opportunity to buy the contact information for further contact. The first five suppliers that purchase the customer’s contact information are guaranteed to get to submit a quotation.
